A wood fired pizza oven is the perfect addition to any outdoor entertaining area.  A ROCKCOTE wood fired pizza oven is not just for pizzas!  These traditional ovens can also be used to cook a variety of  foods including meat, fish, bread and vegetables.  Come and find out how to make one using a ROCKCOTE cob oven kit.

Choose to attend Part 1 (Saturday) or Part 2 (Sunday).  Or both!

Come and have a taste of one of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular cooking schools, usually held at Spicers Tamarind Retreat in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland.  For the festival weekend only, these mini cooking school classes will be held at the Real Food Festival and will be run by two of the Tamarind’s top chefs.

Choose either the morning or afternoon session on Saturday or Sunday.
